Cabana Island View Apartments, on the Mesa, in Santa Barbara

RENTED on 5/12/2012 to SD. One-bedroom apartment . . . available approximately June 2, 2012.  This is one of our least expensive one-bedroom apartments. . . it is a downstairs unit and this particular unit only has a small glimpse of the ocean and islands.  Otherwise, it is a nice, sunny and bright apartment . . . screen door . . . nice entry . . . 2″ plantation-style blinds . . . tall mirror closet doors . . . 2 sets of closets . . . one reserved parking space.  Sorry, no co-signers/guarantors, no smoking, no Section-8, no pets for this unit.  $1325. . . prefer 14 month lease.

This is a nice complex filled with mostly working professionals, including business owners, bank executive, software people, a scientist, doctors, nurses, attorneys, etc.  This is not a party building.
