Wake up to the fresh ocean air and enjoy an extended stay in Santa Barbara from this furnished, clean, and beautiful top-floor one bedroom unit, located in the Cabana Island View Apartments located at 2100 Red Rose Way. This space offers gorgeous views of the ocean and Channel Islands from both the living room and bedroom. Please keep in mind that there are two large sets of stairs (13 steps + 15 steps) to climb up to get to this unit. Just a short distance to the beach stairs (0.7 mile), Shoreline Park (1.1 miles), and a handful of great restaurants and markets (half block away) you will have nearly everything you need in just minutes from this charming Mesa apartment.

This is a clean, beautiful one bedroom apartment with big south-facing windows and incredible views of the ocean and Channel Islands (on clear days). Less than 1% of apartments in Santa Barbara offer views like this! The space is about 600 square feet, so a comfortable size for an extended stay in Santa Barbara. The unit offers lots of light and sunshine. It is located in a complex on the Mesa Santa Barbara’s best neighborhood (according to a newspaper poll). A top floor unit, with gorgeous wood vaulted ceilings, you don’t have to worry about people stomping around above you.

This apartment offers a sofa and relaxing leather recliner and ottoman in the living room, with a small dining table to enjoy your meals while taking in the ocean views. There is a smart Roku-enabled 42″ TV in the living room, so you can sign into your favorite streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size electric range and oven, a 14 cu-ft refrigerator with top freezer, and microwave. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the dishes/glassware/pots & pans, etc. you will need. There’s also an electric kettle and French press for your morning coffee (please bring your own coffee). The only food items included are salt and pepper. There is a Vons grocery store and a Lazy Acres market (mostly organic market, similar to Whole Foods) both within 0.3 mile, where you can easily stock up on your food and drink essentials.

The separate bedroom offers a queen bed, large dresser, and a closet with floor-to-ceiling mirror doors. Just outside the bedroom there is another hallway closet, which offers additional clothing storage and shelving.

The bathroom has a shower over the tub. Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and hand soap are provided. There is also a hairdryer provided in the bathroom, but it is a small one like you might find in hotel rooms. Please bring your own toiletries.

Downstairs, separate from the unit, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, so you can easily to your laundry on-site. We do not offer cleaning services while the unit is occupied, so it is up to you to clean linens during your stay.

Outside the unit, there is a shared common outdoor patio with lounge chairs, a bench swing, and dining tables.

Comes with one reserved off-street parking space.
