Welcome to the Seahorse House!
You will always have memories of living here! It has a nice privacy-fence with 2 gates. Walk through the gate to a huge front yard patio with a large picnic table, lounge chairs, and an adjacent lawn area. There is plenty of room for a ping pong table or corn hole. There are over 15 dwarf fruit trees, and a giant avocado tree. In addition to the beautiful front patio and lawn area, you’ll find a smaller patio at the back of the house in a shady, quiet setting. This is certainly one of the premier houses in Isla Vista. This spacious home has always been a popular property. People often keep the house for more than one year.
