Welcome to Hummingbird Corner!

This might be one of the cutest places you see in Isla Vista.

It’s like a little house . . . but it’s a triplex. People love living here so much that they often stay for multiple years.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Big windows look out to the little lawn and fruit trees. Very private. We have upgraded the hard floors throughout, and made some updates to the bathroom.

Sorry, no pets or smoking. We support “Keep Isla Vista Safe”. Therefore we do have rules about parties, no bands, no kegs, etc. We are looking for quiet, respectful residents.
