Welcome to Hummingbird Corner!

It is almost like a little house. This is a 1-bedroom apartment in a triplex. Behind a tall fence, across the street from Little Acorn Park, just a short block to the Del Playa beach steps . . . and most importantly ONLY 1 BLOCK TO UCSB CAMPUS. It’s in a great location, and it’s nice to be this close to come home from school for quick respites between classes; and especially convenient when it’s raining. This is considered a preferred location.

This charming property has a bike rack right outside your front door, and a nice little patio space. This apartment gets ONE COLUMN of parking at no extra charge. You can park two small-to-medium cars in tandem (one in front of the other). Your own parking is rare in Isla Vista and some places charge more for it (up to $200 per car per month).

There is a shared coin-op laundry room on site.

This property is quite popular and often people stay for more than one year.

You will find other apartments for less cost, but they are unlikely to be in this good location, as close to campus and with parking included.

(We are a very small family owned property management company and have only a few units in Isla Vista.)

The living room is approximately 15′ x 11′ PLUS 9′ x 7′; and the bedroom is 12′ x 13′ PLUS additional area for the closet.
