Welcome to the Mermaid House!

This is one of the most popular houses in Isla Vista! Just 1/2 block to campus – you can sleep in, and still make it to class! Also you won’t be drenched on those wet, rainy days.

This is a 3 bedroom plus 2 bonus rooms / 3 bathroom house.

Typical use of these 5 rooms might be upstairs as: 1-Triple with private bath; 2-Doubles, sharing large bath; and downstairs: 1 Single and 1 double sharing a bath. 

You’ll love the  peaceful front courtyard/patio/entry!  It’s a beautiful spot to sunbathe, study, and hang out. This courtyard adds a whole new dimension and expansion of your living room.  This is an outdoor space that will get a lot of use!

NOW FOR THE TOUR:

UPSTAIRS: 3 large bedrooms (the largest room – 18 x 11.5, not counting the closet; next bedroom upstairs – at approx. 11.5 x 13.25, not counting closet; third upstairs bedroom – approx. 11.5 x 14.5, not counting closet) and 2 full bathrooms.

DOWNSTAIRS: There are 2 more rooms (library room, this room is usually a single – approx. 8.75+ x 12; and a second room – approx. 11.75 x 12.25, (not counting the closet) and 1 full bathroom. 

There is  a very large living room with a fireplace, comes with 2 refrigerators (plus an extra outside),  dishwasher, stove and washer & dryer. 

No smokers or pets please.

Tenants pay all utilities: gas, electric, water, trash, internet etc.  Landlord pays for Gardener.
